Getting Here

Parking: Street parking available on Granville and surrounding streets. There's also a parkade two blocks south.

Transit: We're right on the #10 bus route. Granville Station is about a 10-minute walk.

Bike: Bike rack out front - bring your own lock though!

Questions People Usually Ask

We get these a lot, so figured we'd answer 'em here. Don't see yours? Just ask!

Nah, you can just show up during our open hours and someone'll show you around. That said, if you wanna chat with a specific trainer or need some dedicated time to go over your goals, booking ahead's probably better. Either way works though!

100% okay. Actually, we love working with beginners because you haven't picked up any bad habits yet. We'll start you off with the basics, teach you proper form, and build from there. Everyone starts somewhere - our most experienced lifters were all beginners once too.

Just yourself! If you're planning to train, bring workout clothes, water bottle, and whatever shoes you normally train in. We've got lockers if you need to change. For just a tour or consultation, come as you are.

Pretty fast actually. Once you're signed up, we can usually get you in for an assessment within a couple days. Some of our trainers have same-day availability if you're in a rush. For group classes, you can literally start the day you join if there's space.

Yeah, we do day passes for $25 if you just wanna test out the space. We also run a first session trial for personal training where you can work with a coach for half the regular rate - lets you see if it's a good fit before committing to a package.

Tell us about it right away - seriously, don't hide injuries. Our trainers are experienced with working around limitations and we'll modify everything to keep you safe while still making progress. We've worked with post-rehab clients, chronic pain issues, mobility restrictions - you name it. Just be upfront so we can plan accordingly.

Yep. Freezes are available if you're traveling, injured, or just need a break - usually up to 3 months. For cancellations, we just need 30 days notice. No crazy hoops to jump through, we keep it simple. Life happens, we get it.

Peak times are early morning (6-8 AM) and after work (5-7 PM) - pretty standard stuff. Mid-morning and early afternoon are usually quieter if you hate crowds. Weekends are steady but not crazy. We've got enough equipment that even when it's busy, you're not waiting forever for stuff.
